These Terms govern your use of the Recode Your Mind website and your purchase and use of digital products from Matthew Jope trading as Recode Your Mind, 11 The Mall, Ryde, PO33 3SF, United Kingdom. Email: mjopecoaching@gmail.com.

By placing an order or using a purchased recording, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use Recode Your Mind products unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing and applicable law permits it.

2. What we sell

Recode Your Mind sells digital audio recordings and related digital materials for personal development, relaxation, reflection, guided mental rehearsal and entertainment. No physical product is shipped unless a product page expressly says otherwise.

3. Orders, price and payment

Prices shown at checkout are the prices payable for the order, subject to applicable taxes or charges displayed before purchase. An order becomes binding when payment is accepted and we send or make available confirmation of the purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order where required by law, where payment is not authorised, where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or where a material pricing or technical error has occurred. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be returned as required by law.

4. Digital delivery

Digital products are normally made available electronically after purchase through the delivery method shown at checkout or in the order email. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for maintaining reasonable internet and device access needed to receive and play the files.

5. Personal licence only

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to listen to and use the purchased recording for your own lawful personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, sublicense, publicly perform, reproduce for commercial distribution, create a competing product from, or make the recording available to others without our written permission.

6. Refunds

Direct purchases are covered by our separate 14-day Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms.

8. Hypnosis and listening safety

Do not listen while driving, operating machinery, cycling on a road, supervising an activity that requires continuous attention, or doing anything where reduced external attention could create risk.

You remain responsible for deciding whether a recording is suitable for you. If you have a diagnosed mental health or neurological condition, are under psychiatric or psychological care, are experiencing acute distress, or are unsure whether hypnosis or deep relaxation is appropriate for you, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use. Do not use a recording if a qualified clinician has advised you not to use hypnosis or similar relaxation practices.

9. No financial, business or earnings guarantee

Some products discuss money, success, confidence, business, receiving, self-image, manifestation or related themes. These recordings do not provide financial, investment or business advice. We do not promise or guarantee income, revenue, profit, customers, contracts, investments, career outcomes, financial improvement or any other economic result.

You are solely responsible for financial and business decisions you make. Before making a material financial, investment, tax, legal or business decision, obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances.

10. Manifestation, intention and energy-based language

Some recordings may use language connected with manifestation, intention, spirituality, energy work or Matt Jope's training in intention-based approaches. These elements reflect personal-development or spiritual frameworks and are not presented as established scientific mechanisms capable of guaranteeing external events.

11. No guaranteed personal outcome

People respond differently to hypnosis, relaxation, suggestion, reflection and mental rehearsal. We do not guarantee that you will experience a particular emotional, behavioural, financial, relationship, career, health or life outcome, or that a particular change will occur within a particular time.

12. Testimonials and examples

Testimonials, case studies and examples describe individual experiences. They are not promises, warranties or representations that you will achieve the same or similar result. Where a testimonial was provided after complimentary or discounted access, we may disclose that connection where required by applicable advertising law.

13. Your responsibility

The recordings may invite you to reflect on situations, rehearse possible responses or consider actions. You remain responsible for your own choices, conduct, relationships, business activity, finances and decisions. Do not take an action solely because it was mentioned or imagined in a recording if that action is unsafe, unlawful or unsuitable for your circumstances.

14. Intellectual property

The website, recordings, scripts, product names, written materials, graphics, audio, the Recode Method and other original content are owned by or licensed to Matthew Jope trading as Recode Your Mind and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. No ownership rights are transferred to you by a purchase.

15. Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce protected content for commercial exploitation, use the website unlawfully, or infringe the rights of Recode Your Mind or any third party.

16. Third-party services

The store uses third-party services including Shopify and digital-delivery, payment and technology providers. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for a third party's independent service or content where the issue is outside our reasonable control, but this does not remove any responsibility we have to you under mandatory consumer law.

17. Availability and technical issues

We do not promise that the website or every download system will be continuously available without interruption. If a purchased file is temporarily inaccessible, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.

18. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

If you are a consumer, we are not responsible for losses that were not caused by our breach, losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or business losses arising because you used a consumer product for a trade or business purpose. We do not accept responsibility for financial or business decisions made independently by you in reliance on a recording where we have expressly stated that the recording is not financial or business advice and no particular result was promised.

If you purchase or use a product wholly or mainly for business purposes, then, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or data, and our aggregate liability arising from the relevant product or transaction will not exceed the amount you paid us for that product or transaction, except where a higher liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

19. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces rights that applicable consumer law gives you and that cannot legally be waived. If a mandatory law in the country where you live gives you additional protections, those protections continue to apply.

20. Changes

We may update these Terms for future use of the website or future purchases. The version in effect when you place an order will normally govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or is expressly agreed with you.

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Subject to those mandatory rights, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. Consumers may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the place where they live where applicable law provides that right.

22. Severability

If a court or competent authority finds part of these Terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.
