This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased directly from Recode Your Mind, operated by Matthew Jope trading as Recode Your Mind.
Our 14-day refund promise
If you purchase a Recode Your Mind digital recording directly from this website and decide it is not right for you, you may request a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. You do not need to give us a reason.
Email mjopecoaching@gmail.com within the 14-day period and ask for a refund. Please include the name and email address used for the order and, if available, your order number so we can identify the purchase.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds under this 14-day promise will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing time after we issue the refund depends on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Digital access after a refund
A refund ends your licence to use the refunded digital product. After a refund is issued, you should stop using the recording and delete any copies you have downloaded, except where applicable law gives you a right to retain them.
Purchases made through another platform
This policy applies to purchases made directly from Recode Your Mind. If you buy through Etsy, an app store, marketplace or another third-party platform, that platform may process the payment and refund. In that case, its refund process may also apply.
Faulty, incorrect or inaccessible digital content
Please contact us if you receive the wrong product, cannot access your purchase, are charged incorrectly, or the digital content is faulty or materially different from its description. We may restore access, replace the affected file, correct the problem, provide a price reduction, or provide a refund as required by applicable law.
Statutory rights
Our 14-day refund promise is a voluntary contractual benefit provided in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
For some digital content, consumer law may allow a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right to end once immediate digital supply begins after the required consent and acknowledgement. Our voluntary 14-day refund promise still applies to direct purchases from this website even where that statutory withdrawal right has ended.
