Our products and services
Standard recordings are digital hypnosis audio for personal use. Custom recordings include a 45-minute discovery call and one recording delivered within three working days after that call. Private relationship coaching is offered at $2,500 USD per month with a three-month minimum commitment, totalling $7,500 USD. Private coaching includes four one-hour one-to-one calls per month and unlimited WhatsApp support between calls throughout the engagement. Call times and WhatsApp response arrangements are agreed before booking. Custom recordings and coaching require an enquiry and written agreement before payment.
Prices and orders
Standard recordings are priced at $27 USD unless an offer states otherwise. Any applicable taxes, discounts and final total must be displayed before you place your order. Coupon codes are subject to the eligibility, products and dates specified with each offer. An advertised coupon is applied at checkout when its conditions are met.
Digital delivery
No physical item is shipped for a digital recording. Standard recording downloads are provided through Shopify's digital-download app after purchase. Contact mjopecoaching@gmail.com if you cannot access your file. Where immediate delivery affects statutory cancellation rights, the required information and express consent must be provided before access begins. Our voluntary 14-day refund policy for standard recordings remains available even after downloading.
Refunds and cancellation
For standard recordings, email mjopecoaching@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Include your order number and checkout email address. Custom-recording and coaching cancellation terms, including any work started during a cancellation period, must be agreed before booking. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
The voluntary 14-day refund offer for standard recordings does not apply to custom recordings or private coaching. This does not exclude or restrict statutory cancellation rights or remedies under applicable consumer law. Any arrangements for starting work during a statutory cancellation period will be explained and agreed before work begins.
Personal use
Recordings are licensed for your personal use. Do not resell, distribute or publicly share the recording without permission. Purchasing a recording does not transfer copyright.
Appropriate use
Our content and services support relaxation and personal development. They are not medical advice, psychological treatment or a substitute for qualified healthcare. Individual experiences vary and no result is guaranteed. Do not listen while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that requires your full attention. Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional if you are unsure whether hypnosis is appropriate for you.

Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in a court available under the laws that apply to them.
