Standard hypnosis recordings

We offer a 14-day refund policy for standard, ready-made hypnosis recordings. To request a refund, email mjopecoaching@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

This voluntary policy applies even if you have accessed or downloaded the standard recording. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Custom recordings and private coaching

The voluntary 14-day refund offer for standard recordings does not apply to custom recordings or private coaching. This does not exclude or restrict statutory cancellation rights or remedies under applicable consumer law. Any arrangements for starting work during a statutory cancellation period will be explained and agreed before work begins.

These services begin with an enquiry. The scope, payment arrangements and cancellation and refund terms will be provided and agreed before you book or pay. If you have a question about a proposed booking, contact Matthew Jope at the email address above.

Problems with your purchase

If a download does not work or you receive the wrong file, please contact us so we can help. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
