Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address and message. If you subscribe to our email list, we keep your email address and subscription preferences. Please do not send sensitive medical information through the general contact form.

When purchasing is available, order information may include your contact details, billing details and purchase history. Payment information is handled through the payment providers available at checkout.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond to you and discuss services you request. We use order information to fulfil purchases, provide support, handle refunds and meet legal obligations.
