Preparing for your Peace Process Session
A short private questionnaire
Use these prompts before your confirmed session. Keep your answers in your own notebook and bring them to the call. You do not need to submit them through the website or send a detailed history by email.
1. What would you like to focus on?
Choose one specific moment, thought or reminder connected to the relationship.
2. What would make the session useful?
Describe a practical difference you would like to explore in your own response.
3. What do you notice now?
If it feels comfortable, briefly note how the chosen reminder affects you today. You do not need to deliberately intensify the feeling.
4. What would help you feel comfortable?
Note anything you want to ask, a topic you would prefer not to discuss or how you would like to signal a pause.
For your call
Choose a private, comfortable place where you will not be disturbed. Have a working Zoom connection, water and a notebook available. We will agree the focus together when we meet.
You can stop preparing if a prompt feels overwhelming. These questions are optional and are not a clinical assessment.
