ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
Sleep to Success sells digital content, including hypnosis audio recordings, listening plans, guides, and other downloadable or streamable materials.
No physical product will be shipped.
IMMEDIATE DIGITAL ACCESS
Where you choose to receive immediate access to digital content, you will be asked to expressly agree that delivery may begin immediately and acknowledge that your normal 14-day right to cancel will be lost once downloading or streaming begins.
If access to the digital content has not yet begun, please contact us through the Contact Sleep to Success page as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
CHANGE-OF-MIND REFUNDS
Once access to a recording, download, stream, or other digital content has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgement, we do not normally provide a refund simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT DIGITAL CONTENT
Please contact us if:
1. You do not receive access to your purchase.
2. A download or streaming link does not work.
3. You receive the wrong product.
4. You are charged more than once for the same order.
5. The digital content is faulty, materially different from its description, or not of satisfactory quality.
We will first make reasonable efforts to correct the problem, restore access, replace the affected digital content, or provide appropriate technical support.
Where the problem cannot reasonably be corrected, we will provide any remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include a price reduction or refund.
HOW TO REQUEST SUPPORT OR A REFUND
Please use the Contact Sleep to Success page and include:
1. The name used for the purchase.
2. The email address used at checkout.
3. The product purchased.
4. A brief explanation of the problem.
5. Your order number, if available.
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering a problem.
APPROVED REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time taken for the refund to appear may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable consumer law.
